He may not look like the most obvious choice, but he was Christian Bale's biggest competition when they were casting Batman Begins. Just add some darker hair, and I'd like to see Gylenhaal give it a try.
Vicki Vale - Naomi Watts
If they're gonna stick to the blonde-hair Vicki that was portrayed in 1989 Batman, then Naomi Watts would be a great pick to play the role.
Commissioner Gordon - William Macy
I don't know about the voice, but Macy can embody Gordon perfectly.
The Joker - Crispin Glover
A fan favorite who can probably do well.
Catwoman - Anne Hathaway
Hathaway is one of the rumored contestants for a role in Batman 3/The Dark Knight Rises. She looks like she can pull Selina Kyle off quite well.
The Riddler - Johnny Depp
Need I say more?
Alfred - Bernie Kopell
Kopell has apparently played a butler in the past, so he should do well here.
Talia al Ghul - Megan Fox
I know, I'm not Megan's biggest fan either. But she looks like she can pull off Talia. Besides, she needs a new big role now that she's kicked off of the Transformers franchise.
Two-Face - Josh Brolin
Might be a bit too old, but he looks the part for sure.
Mr. Freeze - Bruce Willis
Looks it, and Willis has the voice that can probably bring Mr. Freeze to life.
Well, there you have it. Sorry I didn't include certain other characters (like Penguin or Robin), but here's a rough outline. Hopefully some of these choices will be chosen whenever they reboot Batman again.
